The online service Na doslech – video support meetings during the coronavirus is run by an independent group of crisis interventionists, trainers and facilitators. The service is run by the registered association NVC Brno, z. s., ID 07338741, file number L 25162/KSBR Regional Court in Brno. The responsible person is Mgr. Petr Holík petrholik@nenasilnakomunikace.org. This portal serves mainly as an information platform and a registration form for the Advisory Circle, which takes place via video chat through the Zoom communication tool. If necessary and upon agreement with the participants, we will also use other communication tools, e.g. Google Hangouts/Meet, Whereby, Teams. We always take care of the safety of the communication tool.
It is important for us to set up a confidential and safe environment for all participants in the online consultation circles. That is why we have prepared this document to inform you about the privacy and data processing policies and the technical support of the online support circles.
All requests concerning the provision of information or the processing of personal data can be directed to the person in charge, who is Mgr. Petr Holík, petrholik@nenasilnakomunikace.org.
Participants can sign up for the online support circle using the registration form on the website www.nadoslech.cz. Here, the participant enters his/her name and e-mail, selects a suitable date and time for participation in the online support circle, can leave a message for the organizer and informally and voluntarily indicates his/her consent or disagreement with the completion of the form. The only data we process is the email entered in the registration form at www.nadoslech.cz. The email serves as registration for the specific date and time at which the video call will take place. An invitation will be sent to the email you provide with instructions on how to register and more information on how the support circle is run. We undertake not to use your email for any other purpose, or otherwise further process, archive or pass on to third parties. The registration form includes a box for the registrant’s name, which is optional to complete. The name is only used to address the registrant via email invitation.
Video interviews are conducted via Zoom or other communication tool by arrangement with the participants. The participant of the circle voluntarily signs up on the date and time he/she has chosen in the registration form. Participants may disclose personal information during the video call at their own discretion. Participation in the video call is voluntary. By participating in the video call, the participant agrees to the use of the camera and audio so that his/her face can be seen and his/her voice heard. The participant does not have to give his/her name if he/she does not want to, or any other personal information. The video call will be conducted in real time with all participants present. No video or audio recording will be made of the video call by the organisers of the online support circle. All registrants and participants undertake not to record video or audio from the video call. This rule is based on the trust of all participants in the online support circle. By signing up for the online support circle, participants agree to this rule and agree to abide by it.
In the event that any participant invited to the online support circle makes an audio or visual recording, he/she violates the above rule and the operators of the www.nadoslech.cz website will not be held liable for this action. After the video call, all data (name on the registration form, email) will be securely and permanently deleted. We do not provide the registration data (name, e-mail) to third parties and do not process it in any way.
